BGM
About the BGM
Created by JOY EDC, the BGM channels the vibe of a classic cassette player. The front face mimics dual speakers wrapped in vivid ring-style ambient lights, while the transparent shell exposes circuit-style detailing inside. The result is a mix of retro tape-deck nostalgia and futuristic tech aesthetics that looks bold and instantly recognizable.
The push plate uses a mid-position fully automatic rail-switching system—no disassembly or extra steps required. You can smoothly transition between the familiar “cross” sound profile and a denser, cleaner “ding” tone, and tune it into multiple play modes. Please avoid using springs with a wire diameter above 0.3 mm or significantly higher hardness directly on the push surface, as this may deform the sliding rail.
On the rotor side, you get two distinct setups: a ding-ding rotor and a buckyball rotor. The rotor sound is clearly different from the push plate, and you can fine-tune the audio character by swapping configurations (disassembly required). The buckyball rotor delivers a strong, punchy impact with a speaker-like acoustic effect. For a refined finish, a custom titanium engraved magnetic screw cover is included to hide any visual imperfections and elevate the overall look.
